Olivia Rodrigo is bringing her music into the holiday season with her first original Christmas single, Take Me Home (4 Christmas), set for release on November 5, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET.
The singer announced the upcoming track on Instagram on November 2, sharing festive cover artwork featuring a Santa hat and red lipstick. The announcement also confirmed that Rodrigo wrote the song alongside longtime collaborator Dan Nigro and songwriter Amy Allen, with Nigro handling production.
A music video will accompany the release, featuring appearances by actress Cynthia Nixon and comedian Ben Marshall.
The holiday single arrives during an active year for Rodrigo. In June, she released her third studio album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, continuing her work with Nigro.
She also launched her Daisy Chain Fields festival and collaborated with Chappell Roan on an October remix of Expectations.
Take Me Home (4 Christmas) marks a new addition to Rodrigo’s growing catalog, introducing an original holiday recording alongside her established pop releases.
